TERMS OF SERVICE

Terms for using MeloLetter.

These terms explain how MeloLetter works, what you can create, and the responsibilities that come with making and sharing personalized AI song gifts.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MeloLetter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

MeloLetter helps users turn personal stories, letters, names, and memories into personalized AI song gifts. A finished gift may include lyrics, generated audio, a cover image, a message, and a public share page.

3. Accounts

You may need to sign in with Google to save songs, use paid credits, publish share pages, or view account history. You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activity under your account.

4. Your content

You are responsible for the stories, names, lyrics, images, messages, and other content you submit. Do not submit content that you do not have permission to use, content that violates someone else's rights, or sensitive information about another person without their consent.

You grant MeloLetter the permission needed to process, store, display, and transmit your content so we can provide the service, including generating lyrics, generating songs, saving account records, and rendering share pages.

5. AI-generated output

Lyrics, songs, titles, and related output may be generated with AI and third-party providers. Output may be imperfect, similar to other generated content, or require review before sharing. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing or sending it.

You may use finished MeloLetter gifts for personal sharing. Do not use generated output for resale, advertising, public performance, or other commercial use unless you have independently confirmed that you have the rights and permissions needed for that use.

6. Public share pages

When you publish a share page, anyone with the link may view the page, play the selected song, read visible lyrics, and see the message or cover image you included. Do not publish private information unless you have permission from the people involved.

We may remove or disable content if we believe it violates these terms, the law, third-party rights, or platform safety requirements.

7. Payments, credits, and plans

Paid song packs, subscriptions, credits, and included regenerates are described at checkout or on the pricing page. Credits have no cash value and are intended for use inside MeloLetter. Subscription renewals, cancellations, taxes, and payment processing may be handled by our payment provider.

Except where required by law, payments are not automatically refundable after generation work has started or a paid credit has been used.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use MeloLetter to create, upload, publish, or share unlawful, abusive, harassing, exploitative, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content. You may not attempt to bypass payment, abuse credits, scrape the service, attack the infrastructure, or interfere with other users.

9. Third-party services

MeloLetter may rely on third-party services for authentication, database and storage, payments, lyrics generation, music generation, hosting, and delivery. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

10. Service changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of MeloLetter at any time. We may also update pricing, plans, generation providers, or feature availability.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

MeloLetter is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that generated songs will meet every expectation, that the service will always be uninterrupted, or that every output will be error-free.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MeloLetter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill.
